Question by Zawng: How do I reset my computer as the factory reset?
I want to reset my computer as the factory reset. Someone says it helps and resets as I first bought the computer. If so, can anyone help me how to do step by step. I tried to do by going to Start>Help and Support, but could not find anything like Factory Reset.

depends if it is a laptop or desktop? laptops have a recovery partition, tapping F11 will get you there during bootup, then you can restore to factory from there it will reformat so back up personal data. Desktop if you have OS and motherboard support discs just reformat the drive and reinstall all the OS and drivers and all you anti virus program and others?
